Support from inside the nostril

Gnasal is a nasal valve support worn inside the nostrils: a titanium alloy frame wrapped in soft silicone supports the front of the nasal passage, and you can choose a size and fine-tune the fit. Find your size in 3 steps

Nasal width varies from person to person. Please measure before you buy rather than guessing by appearance, gender or build.

  1. Gently insert a cotton swab into your nostril and push it slightly upward to find where breathing feels easiest
  2. Mark the measuring point on the swab, then remove it gently
  3. Measure the marked distance with a ruler and check the size chart below
Size Suggested measurement
S 15~17 mm
M 17~19 mm
L 19~22 mm
XL 22~24 mm
XXL / 2L 25~27 mm

Bigger is not better. Results may vary slightly, so measure 2 to 3 times before deciding.

FAQ

Can I wear Gnasal all night?

If it feels comfortable and causes no noticeable discomfort, you can keep wearing it while you sleep.

Can Gnasal be washed?

Yes. After use, rinse it gently with water and a mild cleanser, then let it air dry in a cool, ventilated place.

Can I adjust the angle myself?

Yes, but make small, gradual adjustments and avoid repeated sharp bending, twisting or pulling.

How often should I replace it?

It typically lasts 6 months to 1 year depending on frequency of use, cleaning and storage. Replace it if the silicone hardens, cracks, deforms or is damaged.

This is my first order. What if I am not sure about my size?

Measure yourself using the size guide first. If you still cannot decide, contact us before ordering with your measurement and country.

Does a bigger size open my nose more?

No. Choose by your own nasal structure and measurement. A size that is too large can cause pressure or discomfort.

This is an everyday nasal support product and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Fit and comfort vary from person to person.
