Order Tracking

After placing an order on the Gnasal website, you can check its status and shipping progress in the following ways.

1. Order confirmation and shipping notification emails

You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout. When your order ships, we will send a shipping notification; if the shipping method provides a tracking number, the email will include a tracking link. Please also check your spam folder.

2. Your account

If you ordered while signed in, you can sign in to your account and view the status of each order under "Orders".

3. Can't find your order information?

Please contact Gnasal customer service on LINE with your order number and the name used for the order, and we will look into it.
