Great product.

The best thing about this product is that it is adjustable. You can bend the differents parts indepediently and adjust them separately to use it according to each nostril's opening. Doing this, the device is secure inside your nose and stays there all the time, day and night. This nasal dilator helps me a lot with my boxer nose. Five stars all the way.

Works very well.

This tiny device has improved my night time breathing. It has opened up my nostrils to allow more air to flow in. The medium size is perfect for me and being adjustable I am unaware of it, once it is in place. It has never fallen out and stays in place till morning. I like that it is easy to rinse clean and reusable for up to 6 months. I had previously been using sticky nasal strips that tore my skin off. I would highly recommend for improving better ease of breathing.

Works great for me. I had to return the XL. It didn't fit deep enough. The 2XL fits deep enough. My breathing is much better at night and it stays secure and is comfortable enough.

After using Gnasal, my sleep has gotten so much better! I got this for my roommate, and I’m never awakening by her snoring anymore! What’s more, the product is easy to use, and cheap as well. The material looks comfortable enough to be able to sleep with, and you can tell it’s good quality too. Amazing device, a must buy for loud snorers!!

A wonderful improvement!

This is actually the second Gnasal nasal dilator I've purchased. The first one lasted quite a long time before finally breaking. It actually lasted much longer than the recommended replacement time, but I had no issues keeping it clean, and the silicon covering was still in good shape. It would probably still be good today, but occasionally, I'd loose it in the middle of the night, and end up stepping on it in the morning. Having to bend it back into shape numerous times finally resulted in its demise. If you've not used one of these before, do give it some time to get used to, as there is an adjustment period. Once that happens, you're going to be amazed at how well it functions to keep your air passages open. If I have one complaint, it's that the sizing is a bit ambiguous. Sizes range from Small, thru 2X Large, but there's no information in the listing about what that actually means. I can't remember the size of the first one I ordered, but for this replacement, I went with XL. The box says that's 21-23 mm, but that doesn't really tell you much. It appears to be the spread across the bridge of your nose. I did have to gently bend it outward a bit for a better fit. I'm a pretty average size guy (5'10", 180), and I think the XL fits fine. I could even see trying a 2XL next time. So, just know that the sizing runs small, and you may need one larger than you think.

This works well and exactly as intended. Opens your nostrils so more air flow is achieved. Best quality of this type of breathing aid I've ever had. Very happy with this and I would recommend trying one out for yourself.

Comfortable, effective, and stays in all night

I've tried many different nose dilators and this is one of the best that I've used. It's comfortable and easy to adjust to fit and to maximize air flow. It is well made and it's very durable. It doesn't irritate or feel weird to me like some others that I've used. No itchy reactions and it feels comfortable to wear all night. One of my biggest issues with dilators is that they almost always tend to be on my pillow when I wake up and I've been using this one for over 7 days and it's always in my nose when I wake up.

Very cool product

I didn’t know something like this existed. It’s like a breathe right strip but for inside your nostrils. It is reusable and washable, so you don’t have to worry about bacteria. It works by physically opening your nostrils and holding them there. Putting it in the first time may be awkward, but after a few quick adjustments you’ll be ready to go. In my opinion it does what it says it’s supposed to. I was worried since the box it came in has some pretty questionable English, but so far I’ve had no issues.

comfortable and reusable

I've been wearing disposable nasal strips of various sorts for years and have always been dismayed at the amount of waste from the wrappers to the strips themselves, even the boxes. I've been on the hunt for something more permanent but still effective. This silicone coated titanium nasal apparatus fits the bill. It's comfortable to wear and according to the instructions if cared for properly will last at least 3 to 6 months before replacement is needed. It holds my nose open and according to the instructions can be worn for sleeping or during heavy physical exertion like mountaineering. I'm just going to use mine for sleep.

Affordable alternative to strips

I use the well know brand of nasal strips almost every night. That can get expensive and is quite wasteful, but I haven’t found a suitable replacement until this. I did find putting a small amount of AquaPhor on the ends helps to make it more comfortable throughout the night. It stays in place and feels like even more airflow than the strips. It is easy to use, somewhat comfortable, and in the long run more affordable than the strips. This size worked for me, but it was just a guess. Sizing might be an issue for some.

More comfortable than it looks

My husband has been using this at night. It seemed like it would be terribly uncomfortable, but he said it feels fine. It does open the nasal passages.
