How to wear
Choose the right size first, then gently place it inside your nose and check the left and right position and fit. If you need to adjust it, make small, gradual changes. Start with short periods of wear the first time.
Cleaning & care
Rinse gently with water and a mild cleanser; hot water can also be used for daily cleaning. Air dry in a cool, ventilated place. Avoid repeated over-bending, twisting, pulling or sharp folding.
Lifespan & replacement
Lifespan depends on frequency of use, cleaning and storage, typically 6 months to 1 year. Replace it if the silicone hardens, cracks, deforms or is damaged, or if the fit changes noticeably.
Size exchange
Taiwan orders: one size exchange within 14 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the customer. Please contact us before sending anything back. A size exchange and a refund cannot both be used. Overseas orders: please contact us to confirm after-sales options.
