How to Measure for the Right Gnasal Size
We recommend taking a simple measurement before purchasing. Nasal width and shape vary from person to person, so please follow the steps below rather than choosing a size based only on appearance, gender, height, or body type.
Step 1｜Gently Insert the Cotton Swab
Following the illustration, gently place the cotton swab into the appropriate position inside the nostril. Avoid inserting it too deeply.
Step 2｜Gently Lift to Find a Comfortable Breathing Position
Gently lift and adjust the cotton swab until you find a position where the nasal sidewall is comfortably supported and breathing feels easier.
Step 3｜Mark the Measurement Position
Once you have found the appropriate position, use your finger or a mark to identify the point that needs to be measured, then carefully remove the cotton swab.
Step 4｜Measure with a Ruler
Use a ruler to measure the marked distance on the cotton swab, then compare the result with the S–XXL size chart below.

Gnasal S–XXL Size Chart
Gnasal is available in S, M, L, XL, and XXL. Please choose according to your actual measurement. A larger size is not necessarily better—the appropriate size should provide a balance of stable support and wearing comfort.

How Do You Know If the Gnasal Size Fits?
The appropriate size should provide stable support inside the nasal cavity without causing obvious pain or excessive pressure. First-time users may notice a mild foreign-body sensation and can begin with shorter wearing periods before gradually increasing usage time.
If you continue to experience pain, pressure, rubbing, or frequent loosening, recheck the size and wearing angle.
Can Gnasal Be Adjusted?
Gnasal features an adjustable internal support design. Small, gradual adjustments can be made according to your nasal shape, nasal width, and wearing comfort.
Adjust the product gently. Avoid repeated excessive bending, pulling, twisting, or sharp-angle folding. Damage caused by improper use or excessive adjustment may affect warranty or after-sales service.
Size Exchange for Taiwan Orders

Customers in Taiwan may request one size exchange within 14 days of receiving the product if the original size is not suitable.
Size exchange and return/refund are separate after-sales services and cannot both be used for the same purchase. Round-trip shipping costs for a size exchange are the customer's responsibility.
