How do you adjust the four small arms?
- Wash your hands before handling it.
- Try it as it is first: place it just inside your nostrils and notice how it fits.
- Too loose? Open the arms slightly. Too tight? Bring them in slightly. Adjust a little at a time and keep both sides even.
- Try again until it feels comfortable and doesn't slip out. Avoid bending the same spot back and forth sharply.
See how to wear Gnasal for the full steps. If it still feels too loose or too tight, you may need a different size — see how to choose a size.
